The specialist in neonatal and pediatric surgery said: with the entry of this field into the treatment cycle of Arak University of Medical Sciences, many abnormalities in infants and children will be diagnosed and treated.
According to Webda Markazi, Dr. Ehsan Rahimi stated: At present, there are about 80 pediatric surgeons working in Iran, With the help of Arak University of Medical Sciences, this field has been launched in Amirkabir Hospital in Arak along with the inpatient wards and emergency operating room and the required equipment. 
He emphasized: "This field covers from the embryonic period to the age of 18. In fact, we try to remove the concerns in the field of embryonic abnormalities that are faced to the families during the embryonic period, and Avoid many abnormalities after birth, also implement the surgeries that cause reform many abnormalities can be operated and give the baby a normal life.
